BERING SEA – U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Shannon Eubanks steps off a small boat Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy (WAGB-20) in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. Eubanks is a small boat coxswain and got underway on the small boat to assist the Healy crew as they got underway for the Arctic. The crew of the Healy left Dutch Harbor with a team of scientists from the Office of Naval Research to conduct scientific studies in the Arctic.
