Newly-commissioned 2nd Lt. Joshua Carr, with 224th Engineer Company, receives his new rank from his daughter, Chloe, and wife, Bridget, during a commissioning ceremony, September 8, 2018, at Camp Withycombe in Clackamas, Oregon.
