SAN DIEGO (Sept. 14, 2018) Chief Personnel Specialist Soledad Arcefuentes and Chief Operations Specialist Tiffany Palmer, both assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), embrace after a chief pinning ceremony on the flight deck. The ceremony was the culmination of six weeks of training indoctrination during Sailor 360, phase II. Boxer is pierside in its homeport for contractor maintenance availability.
