    Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa

    Villagers from Kontali, Djibouti, perform a traditional African marriage proposal dance during a cultural festival at the Kontali schoolhouse, Oct. 1. The festival was held to demonstrate the villagers' culture and traditions to Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 5, who assisted the village with construction and modernization of their schoolhouse.
