    Coast Guard Academy First Class Cadet Marshall Grant places a testing rack on the USS Arizona in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, for corrosion testing, Aug. 2, 2018.

    The testing will help determine when the submerged hull of the sunken ship might collapse and release oil.
