Kathryn Smith gives a briefing about military retiree health care for the 2018 Retiree Appreciation Day on Sept. 7, 2018, at Fort McCoy, Wis. More than 600 people attended the appreciation day that included a full day filled with a variety of activities. A host of guest speakers gave briefings on health care, veterans’ services, retirement benefits, legislative actions that could affect retirees, and more.
