(Sept. 11, 2018) Chief petty officer (CPO) selects Construction Electrician 1st Class Nina Pinidi and Electrician's Mate 1st Class Matthew Harkless, with other CPO selects assigned to Naval Support Facility (NSF) Thurmont and Naval Support Unit, State Department, participate in a 9/11 remembrance ceremony onboard NSF Thurmont, Sept. 11, 2018. NSF Thurmont is a unique Naval installation almost exclusively maintained by active-duty service members, who provide the president, first family and guests a safe and secure place for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.
