A Colombian Air Force member speaks to participants from Brazil, Peru, Dominican Republic, Panama and the United States during the Angel de los Andes a search and rescue exercise at Air Combat Command number 5 at Arturo Lema Posada Air Base in Rionegro, Colombia, Sept. 3, 2018. More than 400 participants from 12 nations are participating in this Colombian led exercise.
