Jeremy Jakel, the communications chief for Combat Logistics Battalion 3, provides a safety brief for motorcycle club members prior to a tribute run, open to all riders aboard the installation to honor the 17th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Sept. 11, 2018, Marine Corps Base Hawaii.
