A static display including a Lightweight Helmet, an M16A4 service rifle, and Marine Corps combat boots representing service members at Patriot Day Observance Ceremony, at Jacksonville City Hall, Sept. 11. Service members, first responders and members from the community gathered to share a moment of silence, remembrance and reflection for the victims of the 9/11 attacks.
