    A Coast Guard Cutter Tahoma small boat conducts a boarding exercise with a Latin American Naval small boat off the coast of Colombia for the annual UNITAS exercise Sept. 05, 2018. UNITAS is a combined Latin American and U.S. exercise that promotes cooperation, understanding and partnership among the participating navies in order to respond as a unified force to a wide variety of maritime missions.
