The program is led by Plantation, Florida resident, Lt. Col. (Dr.) Arnold T. Stocker, a clinical nurse with the 920th Aeromedical Staging Squadron who held two special operations careers as an Army Special Forces medical sergeant and Air Force Pararescueman.
