Bulgarian army soldiers tend to a simulated casualty, Aug. 20, 2018, during tactical combat casualty care training in Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan put together by healthcare specialist assigned to 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.
