KING GEORGE, Va. (Aug. 29, 2018) – James Smerchansky, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) executive director, addresses the military, government and contractor audience about NAVSEA diversity and inclusion policies, strategies, and programs designed to strengthen inclusiveness and a diverse culture at NAVSEA and its Warfare Centers. “Our foundational element is people” - diversity and inclusion is one aspect of that,” Smerchansky told attendees at the first Leadership in a Diverse Environment Conference hosted by Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.
