WASHINGTON -- (Sept. 6, 2018) Master Chief Yeoman Nathaniel Colding, senior enlisted leader at the Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC), watches as Sailors from the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Guard parade the colors during a ceremony held to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first firing of the naval railway gun during World War I. The ceremony was hosted by NHHC which is responsible for the preservation, analysis, and dissemination of U.S. naval history and heritage.
