U.S. Special Forces Soldiers, assigned to 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), along with Air force students going through the Joint Terminal Attack Controller course, coordinate and call in a 9 line medevac during a combat training exercise at the Nevada Test and Training Range near Nellis AFB, Nevada, Aug. 28, 2018.
