    Soldiers from the 1st Infantry Regiment, Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, rush towards their first objective during an Urban Live Fire training event as part of Exercise Rising Thunder 18 at the Yakima Training Center, WA, Sept. 2. This exercise reinforces the importance of readiness in urban environments for both U.S. and Japanese forces.
