    USACE Project Engineer Terry Brooks (pictured) oversaw construction on the new Thomas F. “Teek” replacement clinic at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. Brooks’ efforts also led to the creation of a memorial wall honoring Koritz’s sacrifice as a flight surgeon and pilot.
