    U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Jeffrey L. Harrigian, outgoing Commander of U.S. Air Forces Central Command (AFCENT), speaks to attendees at a change of command ceremony at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, Aug. 30, 2018.
