    Spc. Villa-Smith clutches the only photo that he has of him and his father. Villa-Smith’s father passed away due to an overdose a little over two years ago. The Counterdrug Soldier said that he is motivated to lead Civil Operations in the Texas Panhandle so that he can help prevent tragedies similar to his.
