U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. David LaDouceur(left), and his fellow Marine Lance Cpl. James Miyoshi, both fire team leaders from Company A "Animal", 1st Battalion, 7th Marines, enter a room and fire at targets at the Murai Urban Training Facility here, Sept. 24, in Singapore as part of exercise Valiant Mark 11. Exercise Valiant Mark, in its 10th iteration, is an annual exercise conducted by U.S. Marines and the Singapore armed forces in order to maintain a high level of interoperability, enhanced military to military relations and to enrich mutual combat capabilities through combined training. LaDeuceur is from Murfreesboro, Tennesee and Miyoshi is from Phoenix, Arizona.
