Jose Noel Delgado, a health care specialist with C Company, 702nd Brigade Support Battalion, shakes hands with Fire Chief Ken Sharp after receiving the Public Safety Citizens Award, Sept. 26, for his actions in saving the life of Mary Healey. Delgado provided heroic life saving measures to Healey after a car wreck in July.
