Idaho Army National Guard Sgt. Mikki Fritz watches as a medic from the Royal Thai Army prepares to give her an IV as part of a medical training event during Hanuman Guardian 2018 Aug. 25 at the Royal Thai Army's Cavalry Center in the Saraburi province. Fritz, a 68W combat medic, has been to three countries in the past four years with the Idaho Army National Guard and is participating in Hanuman Guardian 2018, a bilateral army-to-army exercise that increases the capabilities of both armies while also increasing the interoperability between them.
