A military medical training or treatment scenario involving personnel from what appears to be Thai armed forces and a Western (likely American) service member. A Thai NCO wearing blue latex gloves is performing or demonstrating a medical procedure on a seated lighter-skinned soldier whose arm is resting on a padded surface. Several other military personnel observe the procedure in an indoor medical or training facility.
