Service members with Joint Task Force 5-0 receive a daily commander’s update brief, August 25, 2018 at the Hawaii Army National Guard Center at Diamond Head, Honolulu Hawaii.
JTF 5-0 is a joint task force led by a dual status commander that is established to respond to the effects of Hurricane Lane on the state of Hawaii. The members of the task force remain committed to monitoring the effects and incidents across the state of Hawaii to respond to any requests made by Local and state authorities through FEMA.
