SOUTH CHINA SEA (Aug. 24, 2018) – Damage Controlman 3rd Class Brandon Carrasquillo fastens a hose to a diesel-powered eductor in the hangar bay of Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) during a regularly scheduled deployment of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
