Cpl. Jarrett A. Carter, a native of Mechanicsville, Virginia, graduated Hanover High School May 2012; he enlisted in the Marine Corps’ September 2014. Marines with CLB-31, the Logistics Combat Element permanently assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, facilitated LCAC operations to embark critical gear and supplies.
