    Two Pennsylvania Air National Guardsmen, Airman 1st Class Miranda Burly and Senior Airman Allen Aguilar surrounded with the help of two Lithuanian Army Soldeirs, Private 1st Class Barzbaitus and Private Laskys pose for a picture while helping fuel the fleet of bulldozers and are developing international relationships with the Lithuanians on Aug. 21, 2018. The two Air Guardsmen are deployed for training while supporting the 201st RED HORSE construction of an air-to-ground range. When the training range is completed, it will be used not only by Lithuanian and American military forces, but also by other NATO partners around the world.
