    CONSTANTA, Romania (Aug. 20, 2018) Civil service mariners Andrew Baker, top, and Douglas Johnson, both assigned to the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Carson City (T-EPF 7), moor the ship to a pier after arriving in Constanta, Romania, Aug. 20, 2018.
