Davin Tutii, a 17-year-old Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps student from Pamlico County High School, N.C., steers a naval vessel under the supervision of BM2 Dallas Collins during a visit to the Navy Boat Docks at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Aug. 13, 2018. The Navy JROTC students were given a boat ride and spoke with Navy Special Operations Sailors during the visit.
