U.S. Marines with Headquarters and Services Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC), present a brief about reservists in the Korean War at the Officers' Club, Marine Corps Base Hawaii(MCBH), Aug. 17, 2018. MARFORPAC leadership held a historical brief about MCBH’s lineage in the U.S. Marine Corps, led service members on a tour of the Pennsylvania Battery Coastal Emplacement at Kaneohe Bay Range Training Facility and were provided a meet-and-greet introduction with retired Master Sgt. Jimmy Shin, a Korean War veteran. The purpose of the day’s events was to provide a sense of historical significance about the installation. (U.S. Marine Corps Base Hawaii)
