Kadavy, Director of the Army National Guard, engages with Soldiers of the 112th Infantry Battalion, 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard Aug. 16. Kadavy held an informal after action review of the troops’ experiences at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif. and recognized Soldiers who surpassed their leaders’ expectations. 2nd Lt.
