BANGOR, Wash. (Aug. 17, 2018) Cmdr. Edward Fultz, from Three Oaks, Michigan, is piped ashore following the change of command ceremony for the Gold crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Nevada (SSBN 733).
