    167th Airlift Wing, West Virginia Air National Guard

    Martinsburg STARBASE, based at the 167th Airlfit Wing in Martinsburg, W.Va., held fice-day Science, Technology, Enginneering and Math, or STEM-based summer camps for children of local military families and friends.
