Soldiers from 4th Brigade Combat Team provide 360-degree security for a meeting in Shar-e Tiefort between village elders and coalition forces to discuss the recruitment and enrollment of Afghans into the Afghan Uniform Police during National Training Center rotation 11-10, at Fort Irwin, Calif., Sept. 16, 2011.
