Lt. Col. Michael A. Brooks, commander of 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, addresses the Marines and sailors of 1st MSOB and their families and friends at a memorial dedication ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 16.
