U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Immanuel Garcia, the Heavy Equipment SNCOIC with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Southern Command was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for outstanding performance repairing aircraft parts on Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Aug 10, 2018. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
