    99th Readiness Division

    Soldiers participating in the Fit for Life (F2L) program partake in a nutrition class held at the Fort Dix Timmermann theater, Aug. 13. F2L is an Army reserve pilot program designed to help Soldiers who are not eligible to re-enlist due to not meeting the Army height and weight program or physical fitness standards. The program not only assist Soldiers in improving their physical fitness, nutrition and resiliency, but also enhances Army Reserve readiness and retention.
