Secretary of the Air Force Heather Wilson speaks to Senior Airman Christopher Pilla, 90th Munitions Squadron nuclear weapons team member and Tech. Sgt. Evan McLelland, 90th Munitions Squadron nuclear weapons bay chief, during her tour Aug. 8, 2018, at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. Pilla and McLelland were winners of the 90th Missile Wing’s Innovation Fund and were discussing their idea of repaving the indoor track and banking the edges to help Airmen on base. Wilson visited the base to emphasize the importance of the wing’s deterrence mission and to thank the Airmen for ensuring it is accomplished safely, securely and effectively every day.
