Retired Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho answers questions from Evans Army Community Hospital leadership during a leadership engagement July 20. The topic of the engagement, “Leading through Transition”, taught the leaders to embrace change and use is as an opportunity to help influence change for further improvement. The question and answer portion of the engagement gave the leaders an opportunity to seek advice on a variety of topics to include maintaining a balance between a professional career and home life, how to better lead team members during periods of change and the challenges Horoho faced as she became the first woman to serve as the U.S. Army Surgeon General.
