U.S. Army Cpl. Raphael Rodrigues Arruda was honored by soldiers, airmen and civilians at a memorial service at Forward Operating Base Fenty July 25. Arruda, a team leader with the 744th Mobility Augmentation Company Task Force Dolch, Task Force Sword, from Ogden, Utah, was killed by an improvised explosive device July 16, while on a route clearance patrol in Kunar province.
