Sgt. 1st Class Brain Kleman, a career counselor with Army Reserves Careers Division, speaks with Soldiers who are a part of the Fit for Life (F2L) program, Aug. 4. F2L is an Army reserve pilot program designed to help Soldiers who are not eligible to re-enlist due to not meeting the Army height and weight program or physical fitness standards.
