Tony McCaslin, a broadcast journalist with the 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, and native of Fairfield, Maine, explains video techniques at the APD in Ramadi Sept. 15. McCaslin taught a video class to the policemen to improve their video skills, which will increase their ability to keep the public informed about the Iraqi police’s mission in the province.
