Barrett, sergeant major of the Marine Corps, talks to Marines and sailors with II Marine Expeditionary Force (Forward) Headquarters Group during a barbecue at Camp Leatherneck, Sept. 23. Amos discussed the current state of operations in Afghanistan and answered service members’ questions. Amos and Barrett visited Camp Leatherneck during their battlefield circulation of forward operating bases in southern Helmand province.
