Maj. Gen. Michael E. Stencel, Adjutant General, Oregon, congratulates Pfc. Schae Freese, an intelligence analyst with the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team’s 1st Squadron, 303rd Cavalry Regiment out of Washington, on exceeding his unit’s expectations July 31, 2018 at Camp Roberts, California during a visit to the 41st IBCT’s eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise. XCTC is designed to certify platoon proficiency across the brigade in coordination with First Army. “Think about safety, stay focused on what you need to do to do your job and be ready in the event that this nation calls on you,” said Stencel. “There is no better opportunity to refine that, to be all in and work as a team and as one Army.” (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
