Stewart Bateshansky, executive officer of amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25), Marine Corps Chief Warrant Officer Mathew Hansen, and his mother, Michele Shepard. Somerset is in port in Seattle for Seafair Fleet Week, an annual celebration of the sea services wherein Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members from visiting U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships and ships from Canada make the city a port of call.
