Charles Aris during a change of command ceremony in San Antonio, Texas, Sept. 17, 2011. The ceremony formally marked the 72nd's transfer of leadership to Aris as Campsey enters retirement. Campsey lead the brigade in one of the largest deployments of Texas National Guard troops since World War II.
