Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Eric Maurer, a maritime enforcement specialist and an instructor with the Precision Marksmanship School, tests the reticle focus of Petty Officer 1st Class Chris Roberts’s M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System by placing his hand in front of the scope during the Precision Marksmanship Course at the Spartan Ranch Tactical Training Center, Maysville, July 26.
