Carolina Lauer, a program assistant with Marine Corps Community Services Child Development Center, and students read along to the book “No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed,” in Lauer’s last toddler class before her retirement, Sept. 12. After 14 years of dedicated service and over 1,000 students Lauer is retiring from Cherry Point Marine Corps Community Service’s Child Development Center.
