FWC biologist and bear expert Walter McCown follows a tranquilized 320-pound Florida black bear during a study at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Fla., this summer. The bear was measured, tagged, and is being tracked by Florida Fish and Wildlife biologists using a specialized collar.
