Two U.S. Army soldiers in camouflage uniforms are unveiling a dedication sign for the 'MAJ Rocco M. Barnes Special Forces Compound,' removing a blue tarp covering the monument. The stone sign features two military unit patches and is situated at the entrance of a secured compound with chain-link fencing topped with razor wire. This appears to be a formal dedication or naming ceremony for a Special Forces facility.
